How to Download Twitter/X Images
Save any public photo from Twitter/X in the highest possible quality with this simple guide.
Twitter often compresses images, but our tool allows you to access and download photos in their original, high-quality format, as well as other sizes. This guide covers downloading single images, multiple images from one tweet, and batch-downloading from many tweets at once.
Step 1: Copy the Tweet Link
First, find the tweet containing the image(s) you want to download. Click the "Share" icon and select "Copy link to Tweet".
Step 2: Paste and Process
Return to our site, paste the copied link into the input box, and click "Get Media". For multiple tweets, paste each link on a new line.
Step 3: Choose Your Image Quality
On the download page, click the "📊 Select Quality" button for the desired image. Unlike videos, images have four distinct quality options:
- Original (Best Quality): This is the full-resolution image exactly as it was uploaded. It's the largest file and best for archiving or printing.
- 4096px (Large): A high-quality version suitable for viewing on large displays.
- 1200px (Medium): A smaller version, great for use in documents or on websites.
- 680px (Small): The smallest version, ideal for thumbnails or quick mobile sharing.
Click on your desired quality label to download the image.
Downloading All Images from a Tweet
If a single tweet contains multiple images (up to four), our tool will display a separate download card for each one on the results page. You can download them individually by following the steps above.
Step 4: Batch Download Images with ZIP
This is the most powerful feature for saving many images. If you pasted links from multiple tweets, the best way to download everything is with the ZIP function.
- Find the "📦 Download All Files as ZIP" section at the top of the download page.
- Select your preferred image quality (e.g., "Highest Quality" to get the original for all images).
- (Optional) Give the ZIP file a custom name in the rename box.
- Click the "Download ZIP" button. All images will be saved in a single, convenient folder.
